All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable. This applies to One-on-One Sessions, Session Packages, Events, Private Groups, Courses and Trainings, and Membership Subscriptions.

For Events, Courses, Trainings, and Group Offerings offered online or in-person, each purchase is reserved for one participant only. A separate purchase is required for each individual attending.

Access may not be shared or used by multiple individuals unless explicitly stated.

If it is suspected that access is being shared with unregistered participants, Heather Gordy reserves the right to remove access without refund and deny future participation in any offerings.

Agreement to Terms & Required Forms

By booking or participating in any service, you agree to the Booking Policy and Terms of Service.

Completion of any required intake forms, waivers, or agreements must be completed prior to your session, event, or program. Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation of your appointment or denial of access to the offering until forms are completed.

Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule a One-on-One Session, you must contact me by email or booking contact at least 72 hours before your scheduled time. You may reschedule an appointment one time only.

Appointments booked within less than 72 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened and will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds are given for shortened sessions.

Session Packages

Session Packages must be used within 3–4 months of purchase, dependent on the package. Appointments in a package must be scheduled at least 2 weeks apart.

Unused sessions after the expiration period are forfeited and non-refundable.

Technology & Access

For all online sessions, events, and trainings, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to the required platform (such as Zoom or other hosting platforms).

Heather Gordy is not responsible for technical issues outside of her control, including but not limited to internet disruptions, platform outages, or device malfunctions. If a technical issue occurs on Heather’s end, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.

Recordings & Replays

Some events, courses, and trainings may be recorded. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to being present in a recorded space when applicable.

Recordings and replays are provided for personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form.

Access to recordings may be time-limited depending on the offering.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. By enrolling, you agree to the recurring payment structure.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Access to membership content may be removed upon cancellation or at the end of the billing cycle, depending on the structure of the membership.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Heather Gordy reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions, events, or trainings if necessary. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled session, credit, or alternative option.
